Which platforms do cmmsPRO support?
cmmsPRO is based on Microsoft® Web Technologies. Database is Microsoft® SQL Server™.

Do we require any technology skills to work on the solution?
CmmsPRO is easy to use universal system. Any user with basic computer knowledge can use the system.

Are you moving to .NET?
CmmsPRO next version will be in .NET. We always make sure that there is a backward database compatibility with the any version of cmmsPRO. So your investments in any version of cmmsPRO is protected.

What are your hardware requirements?
cmmsPRO solution does not require any special hardware. Standard Pentium class server with Microsoft 2000, SQL Server 2000 and IIS is sufficient. The clients can access it with any machine which can run IE 6.0.

Is your software available through ASP model?
Currently we do not have an hosted version of the solution. Primarily because the requirements of organization to organization differ. But we can provide ASP similar model specific to your organization, where we can host the solution for you in our world class datacenter. This way you donot have to bother about maintaining the system. We shall also ensure complete data protection. Further customized arrangement can be discussed.

Can your solution be integrated with my present softwares?
CmmsPRO is built on a modular architecture and can be integrated with your present systems. A detailed study would be needed to understand your present system and integration strategy shall be designed. There can be a seamless integration possible with most of the IT systems used by the organizations.

I need some special reports. How can I create them?
CmmsPRO customization services ensure that any form of custom reports you require are added to the system.

I need some customization. Can I do it?
CmmsPRO customization services ensure that any form of customization you require are done to the system provided they are permitted by the system architecture.
